Shipping

All orders ship from Palm Desert California.  We use the US Postal Service and UPS.  Orders are packed in plain brown boxes and the shipping label return address is FLINC.  Tracking details are emailed upon shipment.

Most product ships within 2 days.  Large orders and more obscure items can take up to 10 days.  We will reach out if a product is out of stock or holding up your order.  We are happy to provide a full refund if your order has not shipped.
